Eligibility to use the service

Users must be of legal capacity to enter into agreements in their jurisdiction and meet any age or residency requirements indicated on the site. InsoraNSenior does not provide insurance coverage directly; eligibility for particular insurance products is determined by the issuing provider.

InsoraNSenior's services are intended for adults and retirees. Users under 18 should not use this service. Where age or retirement status affects available products, information collected during matching will be used to filter suitable options.

You agree to use InsoraNSenior for lawful purposes only and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with service operation, or send spam or fraudulent information through the platform.

Some features or partner offers may not be available to users in all countries. Availability of insurance products is subject to the provider's rules and local regulatory requirements; InsoraNSenior maintains information about country-specific limitations where possible.

Account and user responsibilities

If you create an account on InsoraNSenior.pro, you are responsible for maintaining accurate information and for activities that occur under your account. Account access may be required to receive tailored matches and to manage preferences.

You must provide accurate and current information. InsoraNSenior relies on user-provided data to make appropriate matches; inaccurate information may affect the quality of matches and subsequent communications with partner providers.

Keep your account credentials confidential. If you share access with a third party, you remain responsible for actions taken under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or assigned to another person without InsoraNSenior's consent. Sharing login credentials is discouraged for security reasons.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify InsoraNSenior immediately at [email protected] and change your password. We will take reasonable steps to assist with securing the account and contribute the incident.

InsoraNSenior may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these Terms, are subject to legal process, or exhibit suspicious activity. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute.

Service description

InsoraNSenior operates an online matching platform that aggregates information about insurance options relevant to retirees. We collect inputs from users and provide comparative information and introductions to partner providers. InsoraNSenior does not underwrite policies or act as an insurance consultant unless expressly stated in writing.

We may modify features, content, and available partners from time to time. Material changes that affect user access will be communicated via the email associated with your account or via notices on InsoraNSenior.pro.

We aim to keep the service accessible, but availability may be affected by maintenance, system upgrades, third-party interruptions, or events beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access at all times.

Platform rules and acceptable conduct

To ensure a safe and constructive environment, users must follow the rules below when using InsoraNSenior.

• Provide truthful and accurate information when using matching services.
• Do not impersonate others or create accounts using false identities.
• Refrain from abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language in communications with providers or InsoraNSenior staff.
• Do not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing or spam to other users or partners.
• Respect intellectual property rights of third parties and do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements when using the platform.
• Report suspected fraud, misleading offers, or security concerns to InsoraNSenior promptly.

User content

Users may submit information, comments, or documents to the platform to facilitate matching with insurance options. By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so.

You retain ownership of personal content you submit to your account. By submitting to InsoraNSenior, you grant us the rights necessary to process that content to provide the matching service and to share relevant data with partner providers in accordance with our privacy policy.

You grant InsoraNSenior a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and transmit user-submitted content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the matching service and associated communications with insurance partners.

You are responsible for the content you provide, including ensuring no personal data of third parties is shared without consent. InsoraNSenior is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted information; partners make underwriting and eligibility decisions based on their own verification.

InsoraNSenior may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Users may request removal of their content by contacting [email protected]; removal requests will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and legal obligations.

Intellectual property

InsoraNSenior and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the platform, including activity, software, and content provided by InsoraNSenior. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from InsoraNSenior intellectual property without written permission.

• Do not copy or reuse InsoraNSenior branding, logos, or website design without authorization.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify InsoraNSenior software or content.
• Respect copyrights and do not upload protected works without permission.

Paid services and partner fees

InsoraNSenior may offer paid features or facilitate introductions to insurance products that involve premiums payable to third-party providers. Payment for insurance products is made directly to the insurance provider unless otherwise specified.

Pricing for any paid InsoraNSenior features or partner products will be disclosed prior to purchase. Prices for insurance products are set by the issuing provider and may vary based on age, health, coverage, and other underwriting factors.

Payments for paid features on InsoraNSenior are processed using secure payment processors. By submitting payment details you authorize the processor to charge the amount indicated at checkout. InsoraNSenior does not store full payment card details except via accredited payment providers.

Subscription services, if offered, will continue until canceled. Users will be notified of recurring billing terms and can cancel subscriptions through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation policies will be described at the point of sale.

Refunds for paid InsoraNSenior features or introductions are handled in accordance with the stated refund policy at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds for insurance premiums are subject to the insurance provider's terms and local insurance regulations.

Users may cancel paid InsoraNSenior services as described in the subscription and purchase terms. Cancellation does not automatically cancel insurance policies purchased from third-party providers; separate cancellation with the provider may be required.

Applicable taxes and duties on paid services or insurance premiums will be disclosed at checkout. Users are responsible for any taxes required by their local jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.

InsoraNSenior may update pricing for paid features. Existing subscribers will be provided notice of price changes in accordance with the subscription terms and applicable law.

Failure to pay for paid features or subscriptions may result in suspension of access to those features until payment is made. InsoraNSenior reserves the right to pursue unpaid amounts where permitted by law.

Disclaimer

Information provided by InsoraNSenior is for informational and comparative purposes only and does not constitute business, legal, or medical advice. When InsoraNSenior connects you with an insurance provider, the provider's policy documents, terms, and underwriting determinations govern the insurance contract. Users should review policy terms directly with the provider.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InsoraNSenior and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, matching outcomes, or third-party offers. Liability for direct damages is subject to statutory limits and any applicable consumer protections.

Third-party providers and partner offers

InsoraNSenior works with independent insurance providers and partners. These third parties are responsible for their own offerings, underwriting decisions, and customer service. Any contract for insurance coverage is between the user and the provider; InsoraNSenior's role is limited to facilitating introductions and providing comparative information.

Termination of access

Either party may terminate the relationship by closing the user account or by ceasing to use the service. InsoraNSenior may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for operational reasons. Termination does not affect obligations that arose prior to termination.

Upon termination, user access to paid features and account data may be restricted or removed in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies. Users may request export of their data prior to termination where technically feasible.

Privacy and data handling

InsoraNSenior processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing necessary information with partner providers to facilitate matching and quotes.

Communications and notices

Notices to users may be provided via email, platform notifications, or postal mail to the address on file. Notices to InsoraNSenior should be sent to Jalan Ooi Kar Seng, 14300 Nibong Tebal, Pinang, Malaysia or via email to [email protected]. Routine service communications may be sent even to users who opt out of marketing.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be posted on InsoraNSenior.pro with an updated effective date. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Malaysia unless otherwise agreed in writing. Consumers may have additional rights under local mandatory law.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact InsoraNSenior at the address or email provided to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, parties may pursue remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
